I received a call from a local realtor last week, he has clients who are moving to Utah so their escrow company is in Utah. But, they need to sign their loan documents here in San Diego. With a few emails, texts and phone calls, we worked it all out and I met with the signers at their current home in S.D. to sign their loan documents.
It seems he is retiring from the military and they are moving back home to where they are originally from and where they met years ago. I could tell she was anxious to once again live close to family and friends. She shared this news article and video of her amazing nephew with me.
